I had the privilege of attending a negotiation training session led by Adam at our company, JTI. For 23 hours, we took a wide range of negotiation tactics and created simulations based on real situations. A child who doubted that we could survive 12 hours, but Adam's ability to keep our attention told me otherwise.
The training was extremely valuable and intrusive, and it was certainly a source of resistance for anyone who negotiates at work or wants to improve their communication skills. It is an invaluable investment in the development of professional and personal skills.

We create space
We will arrange a physical place to meet, refreshments and other basic comforts. Each meeting takes place under the direction of an experienced facilitator in order to effectively reach the goal. We record the meeting and then provide participants with minutes so that they can focus on the topic.
